Who is responsible for your data
Your personal data is processed by SERVICES NASRI TOURS TRAVEL (Société à Responsabilité Limitée (SARL), RNE 1805899M), 13 Rue Beyrout, Soliman Riadh, 8020 Soliman, Nabeul, Tunisia, in accordance with Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data.
Information we collect
When you book a tour, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, country, and any notes about your trip. We do not require an account to book — bookings are made as a guest.
How we use your information
We use your details to confirm your booking, communicate about your trip, process payment, and — where you've agreed — send occasional updates about new tours or offers. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Payment information
Payment is made by cash on arrival or bank transfer — we do not collect or store any card details.
How long we keep your data
Booking information is kept for 3 years after the date of your last tour, then deleted. If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is kept until you unsubscribe. Messages sent through the contact form are kept for up to 1 year. Records we must keep for accounting purposes (such as invoices) are retained for the period required by Tunisian law.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to its use, at any time by contacting us using the details below. You may also lodge a complaint with the Instance Nationale de Protection des Données Personnelles (INPDP).
