Who we are

Tours booked on this site are sold by SERVICES NASRI TOURS TRAVEL, Société à Responsabilité Limitée (SARL) with a share capital of 5 000 TND, RNE identifier 1805899M, registered office at 13 Rue Beyrout, Soliman Riadh, 8020 Soliman, Nabeul, Tunisia. See our Legal Notice for full details.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once you receive a booking number and confirmation from our team. Prices are per person unless stated otherwise.

Prices, taxes & fees

Prices are shown in euros (EUR), with an indicative equivalent in Tunisian dinars (TND) calculated at a rate of 1 EUR ≈ 3.4 TND. The amount due is the euro price; if you pay in dinars, the exchange rate on the day of payment applies.

All prices include applicable taxes (TTC). There are no booking or service fees. Anything included in a tour is listed on its page under "Included"; items listed under "Not included" (for example personal expenses, tips, or optional activities) are at your own expense. Bank transfer fees charged by your bank are borne by you.

Payment

Depending on the tour, you may pay cash on the day or by bank transfer in advance. Available payment methods are shown when you book, before you confirm.

Delivery of the service

Our tours are services delivered in person — nothing is shipped. After booking, you receive your booking number and confirmation by email. The tour takes place on the date booked, starting from the pickup point or meeting place shown on the tour page or agreed with our team, and lasts for the duration indicated on the tour page.

Cancellations, changes & refunds

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of your tour and receive a full refund of any amount already paid. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour, or no-shows, are not refundable. To cancel, contact us by email or phone with your booking number.

You can also ask to reschedule; we'll do our best to move your booking to another available date. If we cancel a tour (for example for safety or weather reasons), you can choose another date or a full refund. Refunds are made by bank transfer within 14 days.

Your responsibilities

Please arrive at the agreed pickup point on time and bring a valid ID. We reserve the right to adjust an itinerary for safety, weather, or site availability reasons.

Liability

We work with vetted guides and drivers and take reasonable care throughout each tour, but travel involves inherent risk. We recommend travel insurance for all guests.

Complaints & disputes

If you have a complaint, please write to us at contact@luxetunisiatours.com with your booking number. We will reply within 15 days and try to reach an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, the dispute may be brought before the competent Tunisian courts.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Tunisian law, in particular Law No. 2000-83 of 9 August 2000 on electronic exchanges and commerce and Law No. 92-117 of 7 December 1992 on consumer protection.
